Head Coach: Terry Primm, Palm Beach Atlantic ‘97 – First Season as HC/Fourth Overall Assistant Coaches: Heather Stec, Siena ‘09 – Fourth Season, Sydnie Rosales, Marist ‘17 – Second Season, Billy Lovett, Fordham ‘99 – First Season Director of Basketball Operations: Sabrina Della Bella, Siena ‘23 – First Season

PLAYER TO WATCH Coming off All-MAAC First Team honors in 2023-24, Teresa Seppala was dubbed a Preseason All-MAAC First Team honoree entering this season. After missing Siena’s first three games of the season while playing on the Finland National Team, Seppala returned and delivered a spark to the Saints rotation. The team’s leading scorer has been both a MAAC Player of the Week, and NCAA.com Week 10 Starting Lineup honoree this season after netting a career high 31 points against Cornell on Dec. 30. The junior is scoring and rebounding at a career rate this year, and became the newest member in program history to reach 1,000 career points. NOTABLE ALUMNI Siena Women’s Basketball is fresh off a pair of recent alumni joining the Siena Athletics Hall of Fame, with the inductions of Tehresa (Coles) Massena ‘14 and Kollyns Scarbrough ‘18 last February. Coles was the 2014-15 MAAC Defensive Player of the Year, and remains just one of four players in MAAC history to eclipse 1,000 points, 500 rebounds, 300 steals, and 250 assists over a career. Scarbrough took home three All-MAAC honors and finished her collegiate career top-10 in both scoring and rebounding. The former Coles currently serves as a member of the Siena College board of Trustees.

HEAD COACH TERRY PRIMM Terry Primm was promoted to head coach of Siena Women's Basketball in April 2024 after serving as the top assistant on the staff from 2021-24. Primm has played an integral role in the improvement of the Siena Women’s Basketball program, highlighted by consecutive MAAC Semifinals appearances the past two seasons for the first time in 11 years. The Detroit native helped Siena achieve an 18-12 overall record including a 14-6 ledger in MAAC action during the 2023-24 season, marking the program’s most league victories in two-plus decades dating back to 2002-03. Primm previously led the Saints for seven games as acting head coach during the 2022-23 season, guiding the team to a 6-1 record. After aiding the Saints to their first MAAC Opening Round bye in five seasons during his first campaign back with the team in 2021 22, Primm helped guide one of the youngest teams in the nation in 2022-23 to a fourth place regular season finish and both the program's first winning record and MAAC Semifinal appearance since 2018.
